When can I expect my order to be completed?

We require at least 1-2 days lead time for badges and 3-5 days for all other products. If you need anything from us within 1-2 days, we do have a rush fee available. Please contact us first to find out our availability. For postage, we always make sure to have it posted overnight.

National-wide only, overseas shipping coming soon.

 

If I send in my own design will I still be charged for a design fee?

No, you will not be charged extra if you provide your own image/design.

 

Will I get to see drafts before the product is made?

Yes, we will send a draft for your approval before starting on production.
